Who are we?

A.T Movement is a husband and wife team with a combined 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident is something we genuinely care about.

Like many others, we started training with aesthetic goals in mind, but over time exercise gave us far more than physical results. It built confidence, clarity, structure, discipline, and a completely different mindset that’s carried into everyday life.

Creating this business together came from wanting to share that feeling with others and support our community. Building a warm and welcoming environment is at the heart of what we do.

Our mission is to have every person who walks through our doors to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of themselves. Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving fitness, building sustainable habits, or simply feeling better mentally and physcially, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Sports Massage Therapy

Sports massage is designed to support recovery, reduce muscle tension, and help your body perform at it’s best. Whether you train regularly, play sports, work a physically demanding job, or simply struggle with tightness and aches from everyday life, our treatments can help relieve discomfort, improve mobility, and promote faster recovery.

Our mobile service focuses on helping you move and feel better, allowing you to stay active and maintain your overall wellbeing.

Classes - Coming Soon!

We are excited to soon be introducing a range of exercise classes designed to challenge, motivate, and energise you in a supportive environment. Our functional training circuit classes will combine strength, conditioning, and full-body movement. While our upcoming spin classes will deliver high-energy cardio sessions that will build your aerobic base, with great music and motivated instructors keeping you moving.

This is a great option if you are looking to push yourself, train with others, or simply enjoy a different style of workout. Our classes will offer something for everyone regardless of your fitness level.
